It's my first time — what do I do?

Can I top up someone else?
Give their number, pay from your Mobile Money. The credit lands with them, the receipt with you.
How much is left on my line?
Write “my balance”: balance, call bonus, bundles and their expiry, remaining data, recent top-ups. How the line gets verified.
And if I have no connection?
An SMS is enough. Write to the EasyBlue number for your own network.
The format is RECHARGE 1000 620105050. Add the Mobile Money number that will pay if it isn't the one sending the SMS: RECHARGE 1000 620105050 677001122.
The word RECHARGE is never translated. It is the keyword, in English as in French.
There is no acknowledgement: after your SMS comes the payment request, then a result SMS. Your own SMS is still charged at your operator's normal rate. By SMS you top up credit; bundles are taken in the chat.

The one-line top-up
Write RECHARGE 1000 620105050 straight into the chat: you skip the questions and go directly to payment.
The beep, when you have nothing left
Already a customer, no credit at all — so no SMS, no data? A beep replays your last top-up: same amount, same number.
- Beep from the number that paid last time.
- A beep never debits anything on its own: it prepares the order, you still have to approve the Mobile Money payment.
- It replays identically. To change anything, go through the chat.
By SMS as by beep, write to the EasyBlue number for your own network: from an MTN line to the MTN number, from an Orange line to the Orange number.
I still have a couple of questions
Do I need to install an app?
No. It all happens in WhatsApp, which you already have. And with no internet at all, an SMS is enough.
Do I need an account?
No. You write “Hello”, you follow the buttons.
Can I order without internet?
Yes: send RECHARGE 1000 620105050 by SMS to the EasyBlue number for your network.
What if the payment goes through but not the top-up?
Every order is tracked to its outcome and you are told the result. That is also what the receipt reference is for.
